Cody Rhodes gave one fan an unforgettable night at the WWE live event on June 23.
At the WWE SuperShow live event in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on June 23, Cody Rhodes beat Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship.
WWE then shared a clip in which a young fan entered the ring after the match and hugged Rhodes. He gave the fan his weight belt, and the fan posed with it. The fan grabbed a microphone, gave it back to Rhodes, and hugged him again.

Perhaps meeting the fan boosted Rhodes' spirit at a time when he needed it; Rhodes has said that he suffered two broken ribs when Jacob Fatu attacked him on the June 21 episode of WWE SmackDown.
