Colt Cabana captured gold yet again in the National Wrestling Alliance but his celebration was short-lived.

For the third time in his twenty year career in the sport of professional wrestling, Colt Cabana captured championship gold under the National Wrestling Alliance banner today when he defeated Willie Mack at the Crockett Cup show to become the new NWA National Heavyweight Champion. As Colt Cabana was celebrating in the ring, he was confronted by former TNA World Heavyweight Champion James Storm. "Cowboy" James Storm made it clear that he came out to the ring to put the NWA on notice that he is coming for the Worlds Title but in order for him to reach that goal, he needs to make his way to the top of the mountain and for Storm, he feels that starts with challenging Colt Cabana for his newly-won National Heavyweight Title.
