Cora Jade Reveals Who She'd Challenge If She Won The 2022 WWE Royal Rumble

Cora Jade is hoping to be a surprise entrant in the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble.

With the annual event just over a week away, spots in the Men's and Women's matches are becoming increasingly more scarce. Speaking with El Brunch de WWE, one of NXT 2.0's brightest young stars, Cora Jade, shared that she would love to be in the Royal Rumble, noting how she is a big fan of the show. Furthermore, though only a few openings in the match remain, she's hopeful one will be for her.

"I would love to be in the Royal Rumble, I guess we'll have to see. It's definitely one of my favorite pay-per-views, especially growing up, all the surprises are always my favorite. 2020's Rumble was one of my favorites because Edge made his return and I love -- I was a big Edge fan growing up, still a big Edge fan now, so that was a cool moment to see. I'd love to be in the Rumble I guess we'll never know till we get there, but I know they do have some open spots. I know a lot of women have already been announced, but there is room for some surprises so hopefully, I'm one of them," she said.

Continuing on, Jade indulged in a theoretical conversation, naming Charlotte Flair as the woman she would challenge if she won the Rumble.

"Well, obviously the NXT Women's Championship is on my mind right now, always. But I would love to obviously be Raw or SmackDown Women's Champion, maybe. But if that were the case, and I were in the Royal Rumble and won it, I'd be looking over at Charlotte Flair, who I'm a big, big fan of. That's definitely one of my dream matches, so that would definitely be something," Jade shared.

Charlotte is currently one of the women taking part in the Royal Rumble even though she holds the SmackDown Women's Championship. The Queen wants to win the match so that she can choose her own opponent at WrestleMania.

Cora Jade can be seen weekly on NXT 2.0. She recently failed to capture the Women's Title from Mandy Rose and is now looking to team with Raquel Gonzalez in the Dusty Cup with the hopes of taking the Tag Titles off of Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin of Toxic Attraction.
