Dakota Kai and IYO Sky want to see KAIRI back in WWE.
The former Kairi Sane captured the NXT Women's Championship and the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship during her time in WWE before departing in 2020.
However, she still has friends in the company, and at least two of them want to see her back in WWE and beside them as another member of Damage CTRL.
Speaking with Steve Fall of WrestlingNewsCo ahead of WrestleMania 39, Dakota Kai and IYO Sky named KAIRI as one wrestler they want to see make a return to the company, with IYO remarking that the former Kairi Sane is one of her best friends.
"We miss her," said Dakota.
Regarding KAIRI joining the group, IYO pointed to the open space between her and Dakota, "Here is pretty much open. We have to ask Bayley. Let's figure it out."
In a recent interview, KAIRI noted that she wants to compete in another Royal Rumble one day and hopes to get another opportunity to be a Women's Champion on the WWE main roster. Read more here.
