- Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
- TNA World Champion Joe Hendry kicked off the show with his Encore Championship Concert, where he detailed his experience in the 2025 Men's WWE Royal Rumble, but he was interrupted by The Colons ("Primo" Eddie Colon & "Epico" Orlando Colon) and said they would break Hendry's neck and take care of business. Th lights went out and when they came back on, Elijah appeared on the ramp. Marella then booked Elijah & Joe Hendry to face The Colons in the main event of the show.
- The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) (w/ Austin) def. Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont (w/ Wes Lee) via Pinfall (Swanton Bomb from Wentz on Igwe).
- Wes Lee challenged Ace Austin & The Rascalz to a trios match for TNA Sacrifice.
- First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro) hosted the first edition of "The Penthouse", with Gabby AF, Valentina Rossi, Carolina, Reazy Renegade, MoeIsBetter, Noelle Foley & Frank The Clown as the guests. Francis & Navarro used the time to vent about First Class not getting a shot at the TNA Tag Titles but were satisfied with getting "The Penthouse" as the equivalent TNA's Piper's Pit.
- Lei Ying Lee def. Rosemary via Pinfall (Thunder Struck).
- Rosemary spat the Green Mist on Lee after the match.
- Mance Warner & Sami Callihan brawled backstage.
- Tessa Blanchard tried to get attention from the Doctor ahead of her match tonight, but the Doctor told her to wait as he was attending Lei Ying Lee. Blanchard stormed out of the room in a rage.
- The Northern Armory (Eric Young, Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) were on the ramp, where Young said he did what he promised to do by eliminating as a celebration of his power. Young vowed to make Williams & Icarus champions before directly addressing Steve Maclin. Young said he saw through Maclin's soul and said that the business was not black & white, it was blood red.
- There was a vignette of Mike Santana being in an AA Meeting, but the meeting was interrupted by Mustafa Ali & His Cabinet (John Skyler, Jason Hotch & Tasha Steelz). Ali gave a motivational speech to everyone in the meeting before whispering to Santana the following: "Things can change Mike, but people like you don't".
- No Disqualification Match: JDC (w/ Moose, Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers & Alisha Edwards) def. Leon Slater via Pinfall (Single Leg Hook).
- The System attacked Slater after the match. The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) tried to make the save, but they were assisted when NXT Champion Oba Femi made his way to the ring. Femi single-handedly beat up everyone in The System to stand tall.
- Tessa Blanchard got onto the ramp, where she said she would not compete tonight out of rebellion against the Doctor not paying attention to her. Blanchard tried to get her points across, but was greeted by the crowd with chants of "Tessa, The Door" and "She's so Racist". Santino Marella appeared and told Blanchard she better compete next week or she would be fired. Masha Slamovich then appeared and said that if Blanchard refused to compete, she would take the match instead.
- Masha Slamovich def. Mila Moore via Pinfall (Requiem Piledriver).
- Cora Jade attacked Slamovich after the match.
- Santino Marella & Arianna Grace announced that Masha Slamovich will defend her TNA Knockout's Title against Cora Jade at TNA Sacrifice. The House of Elegance (Ash By Elegance, Heather by Elegance & The Personal Concierge) demanded a title match for the TNA Knockouts Tag Titles. SPITFIRE (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) said they would be down for a title match. Marella booked the match. Both teams agreeing that the losing team would carry the winner's bags.
- Ryan Nemeth went to the ramp to announce Nic Nemeht would return in 22 days at TNA Sacrifice.
- Joe Hendry & Elijah def. The Colons (Eddie Colón & Orlando Colón) via Pinfall (Tombstone Piledriver from Elijah on Eddie Colón).
