Dark Side Of The Ring Viewership For XPW Episode Down From Prior Week

Dark Side of the Ring was down on Thursday.

According to ShowBuzzDaily, the October 21 episode of Dark Side of the Ring on Xtreme Pro Wrestling scored 109,000 viewers. This number is down from last week's viewership numbers of 135,000 viewers.

The episode posted a 0.05 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from the 0.06 rating the show scored last Thursday.

The shwo finished 112th among cable originals for Thursday.

Thursday's episode, "Extreme & Obscene: Rob Black's XPW," focused on Rob Black and Xtreme Pro Wrestling, which ran from 1999 to 2003 and was famous for its hardcore wrestling and being a rival to ECW before it went under. The promotion also utilized Black's connections to the Los Angeles porn industry.

Last Thursday's episode was entitled "The Many Faces of Luna Vachon" and focused on the life and career of Luna Vachon.

Dark Side of the Ring airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on VICE TV. Next week's season finale, "The Steroid Trials," will explore the infamous WWE steroid trials with Vince McMahon taking on The United States.
