Davey Boy Smith Jr. still isn't happy with how he's used in NJPW.
Last month, Davey Boy Smith Jr. took to social media to thank Real Japan Pro Wrestling for booking him on their Dynamite Kid tribute show and allowing him to show his true talent. In the tweet, Davey Boy criticized NJPW for how they've utilized him as of late.
It was a great game and memorial tonight for Dynamite Kid for Real Japan Pro Wrestling. Nice to be involved in an athletic, competitive, physical contest for once in Japan! I won with a Tombstone Piledriver followed by Diving Headbutt! Dynamite Kid Style! -------------- pic.twitter.com/18WBDayAll

The ones I’m booked in, nope.

Days prior to the tweet, Smith Jr. competed in the first round of the New Japan Cup against Toru Yano. As you would expect, the match with Yano was more about comedy than athleticism. Smith Jr continued to work the New Japan Cup tour despite venting on social media.
Yesterday, Smith Jr. was back at it. Following his Bloodsport bout against Killer Kross he posted the following message on Twitter.
Thanks to @GCWrestling_ for having me on Bloodsport tonight. I’m glad I got to show the fans what I think is my true style -- and I’m not going to bite my tongue on this one, a much better showing than the absolute crap I’ve been put in by overseas companies lately ---------- pic.twitter.com/XNFxT2gv59
