On Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) regained the AEW Tag Team Championships by defeating The Gunns (Austin & Colten Gunn).
FTR put their AEW careers on the line in the match, meaning had they lost, they would have left AEW. FTR had previously stated that their contracts were up in April and a decision would be made before then.
Taking to social media, FTR responded to a fan who said that FTR threatened to leave for WWE if they didn't regain the AEW Tag Team Titles.

Definitely not “That schedule keeps me away from my wife and daughter too much & AEW will allow us to give back to wrestling.”
Dax previously said their choice would come down to happiness and had highlighted the AEW schedule as a reason as to why they would stay.
