Dijak is ready to show everyone a new side of him.
On the January 16 episode of WWE NXT, Dijak defeated Trey Bearhill. Joe Gacy got involved in the match, as he headbutted Dijak during the bout. Gacy also attacked Dijak after the bell, and they brawled to the back.
In an NXT Exclusive, Dijak sent a message to Joe Gacy. He referenced Retribution and said it was crazy that he was inexplicably renamed and given a mask. Dijak then stated that he should be NXT Champion because he was the best wrestler in the world. He vowed to show the world a side of him that nobody has seen.
"Joe Gacy, you [inaudible]. You crazy [inaudible]. You think you’re crazy? You know what’s crazy, Joe? Crazy is seven years in this company and never getting a real opportunity. Crazy is inexplicably getting renamed and getting a mask thrown on you. Crazy is every single flash in the pan lapping you endlessly, year after year. I should be the NXT Champion. I should be the NXT Champion because I’m the best wrestler in the world, and I’m done pretending that that’s not the truth. You’re about to see a side of me that none of you have ever seen before. I’m about to leave a path of bodies ten miles long, and yours is gonna be the first, Joe Gacy. You want to see crazy? Okay, let’s get crazy," Dijak said.
Dijak previously had a brief run on the main roster as T-Bar of Retribution. He returned to NXT in November 2022.
