Dirty Dango's doin' this one for Dixie.
IMPACT 1000 already features a loaded card but will now feature a grudge match pitting two of the top wrestlers in IMPACT today against one another.
During the September 7 episode of IMPACT on AXS TV it was announced in a vignette that Dirty Dango will face Jake something during the IMPACT 1000 special.
Dango again made fun of Jake for his love of wrestling before claiming that he would be competing in honor of Dixie Carter, former president of TNA Wrestling. Dango also said that when he thinks about IMPACT, he thinks about names like Abyss, Elix Skipper, and Disco Inferno.
Dango is also curious as to whether or not Dixie is single.

Plenty of throwback names will be appearing at IMPACT 1000 including Awesome Kong, AMW, and the return to the ring for Team 3D (Brother Ray & Devon).
