DJ Z and Andrew Everett will take on two Luchadores in a title defense.
On the May 17th episode of Impact Wrestling, Andrew Everett and DJ Z beat Scott Steiner and Eli Drake to become Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions and now the team will make their first defense this Thursday. The announcement came on the Impact Wrestling twitter on Saturday.
Andrew Everett earned his first Championship in Impact Wrestling with this tag team title reign and it was also DJ Z's first Tag Team Championship despite being with the company longer.
The match between the two teams has already been filmed and Fightful Wrestling has the spoilers from that set of tapings. Fightful also has spoilers for upcoming episodes including the tapings from last Friday and Saturday.
