Here is your fight size update for WWE Friday Night SmackDown and AEW Rampage on Friday, October 27, 2023.

WWE SmackDown

Cody Rhodes And Kevin Owens Brawl On WWE SmackDown

- Cedric Alexander introduced himself to Dragon Lee and challenged him to a match. Lee then scored the win in a hard-fought bout.

- Shotzi took on Chelsea Green and scored the victory.

- Logan Paul briefly stared down Kevin Owens.

- LA Knight and Roman Reigns signed the contract for their match at WWE Crown Jewel. Knight interrupted Reigns’ entrance and sat at the head of the table. Reigns criticized Knight by questioning whether he had ever had a title match before. Knight took some shots at Reigns. The champion attacked him. Knight fought back, and Jimmy Uso blindsided Knight. Knight slammed him through a table.

- Carlito replaced Rey Mysterio and teamed up with Santos Escobar to face The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins). The Street Profits debuted a new theme song. Logan Paul attacked Mysterio backstage, and Carlito went to check on him. Left by himself, Escobar was outnumbered, and The Street Profits scored the win.

- Natalya will face Chelsea Green on the October 30 episode of WWE Raw.

- Roman Reigns took a shot at the Green Bay Packers. He then scolded Jimmy Uso for running the wrong play and told Uso to handle LA Knight.

- John Cena came to the ring and looked ahead to his match with Solo Sikoa at WWE Crown Jewel. He said he felt like he was in danger of losing the fans’ support at WWE Crown Jewel. Cena called the match a must-win. Paul Heyman interrupted and thanked Cena for his contributions. Heyman praised Cena and said he could have had a lengthy career, but then he upset The Bloodline. Sikoa came out and leveled Cena with a Samoan Spike.

- Kevin Owens got into a confrontation with Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. He dropped both of them with one punch.

- Bianca Belair shared her thoughts on her return. She said she was consumed by vengeance, as she wanted to get back at Damage CTRL (IYO SKY, Bayley, and Dakota Kai). Belair announced that she will face WWE Women's Champion IYO SKY at WWE Crown Jewel.

- Bayley finally got to beat up "Michael Cole" in a wholesome moment.

- LA Knight defeated Jimmy Uso. He then dropped Roman Reigns with a BFT after the bell.

- Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) attakced The Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland and Butch) in a SmackDown Exclusive.

AEW Rampage

- AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy wore a suit to a press conference ahead of his match with Claudio Castagnoli.

- AEW TBS Champion Kris Statlander tried to check in on Skye Blue and Willow Nightingale.

- Mike Santana defeated Ortiz in a No Disqualification Match.

- Sonjay Dutt tried to speak with Ortiz.

- Mark Briscoe returned and attacked Kip Sabian.

- A video package hyped up the AEW World Championship match between MJF and Kenny Omega. During the video, Jay White confronted Omega, and MJF rejected Don Callis.

- Abadon defeated Anna Jay, Skye Blue, and Willow Nightingale to earn a shot at the AEW Women’s World Championship.

- Konosuke Takeshita beat Kyle Fletcher.

- Kyle Fletcher attacked the Don Callis Family. Powerhouse Hobbs overpowered him and spoke with Fletcher. Callis then offered Fletcher a spot as his apprentice, and they walked away together.

- Don Callis recruited Angelo Parker and Matt Menard.

- The broadcast team confirmed thar MJF and three partners will face Bullet Club Gold (Jay White, Juice Robinson, and The Gunns) on the November 1 episode of AEW Dynamite.

- AEW World Trios Champions The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) and Billy Gunn will celebrate National 69 Day on the November 4 episode of AEW Rampage.

- Don Callis hyped up the Don Callis Family.

- Mike Santana commented on his win over Ortiz.
