Drew McIntyre is still suspended.
Pearce invited McIntyre to the ring and said that he believes a match between him and Punk can be special. Pearce stated that he wants the match before also reminding Drew that the fans want the match and CM Punk wants the match. Drew McIntyre responded by stating that he wants the match more than anything in the world.
Pearce then asked McIntyre to apologize to the referees that he injured during his Money In The Bank post-show rampage. After some slight hesitation, McIntyre refused to apologize to the referees after bringing up all of the times that he has been screwed during championship matches. After stating that he deserved the elbow to the face, Pearce announced that McIntyre's suspension is still active.
This prompted McIntyre to snap, as he shoved down both referees and got in Pearce's face. Seconds later, Seth Rollins hit the ring to prevent McIntyre from attacking Pearce.

McIntyre's suspension stems from the previously mentioned Money In The Bank post-show rampage, which was the direct result of CM Punk preventing him from successfully cashing in his Money In The Bank briefcase at the Money In The Bank premium live event.
