Eddie Edwards Signs Long-Term Deal With IMPACT Wrestling

An IMPACT staple has signed on for another ride.

IMPACT Wrestling commentator Josh Matthews went live on the IMPACT Wrestling Twitter page alongside former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Edwards to announce that Edwards has signed a new long-term deal with IMPACT Wrestling. Eddie stated that IMPACT is his home and he wants to continue being a part of the company's growth.

The 35-year old Boston native has been with IMPACT Wrestling dating back to 2014. He started off in the company in a pair with Davey Richards who he captured the TNA World Tag Team Titles with on five separate occasions. Eddie went on to capture the X Division Title and eventually became World Champion. Edwards was in action at last night's IMPACT television taping in Las Vegas and on next week's episode of IMPACT he is slated to go one-on-one with Eli Drake.
