Elijah (Elias) Comments On Potentially Wrestling For AEW, TNA, Or NJPW

Elijah is enjoying his time on the independent scene.

Elijah, formerly known as Elias in WWE, started a new chapter after the company released him in 2023. He has been wrestling on the independent scene in recent months, but he has yet to compete for AEW, TNA, or another major promotion.

During a virtual signing with K & S WrestleFest, Elijah was asked about AEW, TNA, and NJPW and whether they were places he would want to wrestle.

“When I left WWE, I was like, let me just relax, right. Then a buddy of mine, Sami Callihan, he was like hey, come on out to one of our shows, wrestle our guy ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey, just have some fun and see how you feel.’ Went out, had fun. I was like, ‘Oh, yeah.’ I think I told you, for the last months of my career in WWE, I was beating on the door, trying to have fun, make something happen, and it wasn’t happening. So to go out to an indie show, have some fun, doing the things I’ve always wanted to do, put me right back into it. So I’ve been enjoying that, man. If AEW or TNA or Japan or something like that, if an opportunity comes up, maybe take it, see what they’ve got to say, but there’s no rush or anything like that," Elijah said.

Elijah previously expressed his interest in potentially wrestling for NJPW, AEW, or TNA. Check out his comments here.
