Enzo Amore is returning to the squared circle.
It was in January of 2018 that former two-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore had his last sanctioned match in wrestling. One year later and Enzo has announced his return to the squared circle. Enzo joined the 'Store Horseman' podcast to break the news and explained that he wants to give back to the wrestling business. Enzo stated that he has not chosen a opponent yet but prefers that his opponent be 205 pounds or less.
Amore also talked about how he rekindled his friendship with Big Cass. Cass is slated to take on the current IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley at Northeast Wrestling's August 17th show in Norwich, Connecticut. Enzo did state that he'll be returning to in-ring action at the Mid Hudson Civic Center which was the location of his last match. On Northeast Wrestling's website, Enzo is listed as a manager for Big Cass for Cass' match against Thrillride on August 16th at the Mid Hudson Civic Center.
As more information emerges about who Enzo Amore will choose to be his opponent, Fightful will provide an update.
