Ethan Page made his return to TNA Wrestling on the April 3rd episode of TNA iMPACT!
Page interrupted Frankie Kazarian, who called his shot and said he would be challenging for the TNA Championship at TNA Rebellion.
Page came out and revealed he signed the contract to face Joe Hendry for the TNA Championship at TNA Rebellion.
Kazarian tried to attack Page, but he was kicked in the face for his trouble.

It was later confirmed that Page and Kazarian will challenge Hendry for the TNA Title in a triple threat match at TNA Rebellion.
This was Page's first appearance in TNA/IMPACT since he was "killed" at TNA Hard To Kill 2021 by her alter-ego The Karate Man. He is a former two-time IMPACT Tag Team Champion.
