Everything is EVIL.
On Tuesday morning, NJPW announced that Tama Tonga would defend his NEVER Openweight Championship against EVIL on January 20 at NJPW New Beginning in Nagoya.
After winning the NEVER Openweight Title at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18, Tama said January was his last month in NJPW as he wanted to be closer to home.
On the NJPW website, EVIL is currently listed as the NEVER Openweight Champion and he claims NJPW has fired Tama and that he doesn't have to show up to Nagoya.
"Tama's profile has been properly deleted. It's a company decision that Tama is already fired. I don't have to come to the Nagoya event either. Hahaha!" he wrote.

EVIL is listed as NEVER Openweight Champion on the Japanese and American NJPW websites.
Tama has yet to comment on the situation and NJPW has not put out an official statement.
