Evil Uno stands by punching Hangman Page in the dick.
On the latest episode of Being The Dark Order, Alex Reynolds, John Silver, and Evil Uno reflected on their last time in Edmonton, as AEW returned to the city for a television taping. They recalled how, last time, they defeated Hangman Page and the Young Bucks on the July 7, 2023, episode of AEW Rampage.
Alex Reynolds: We’re in Edmonton. Last time we were here, we wrestled Hangman and the Bucks on Rampage, and we beat them.
Evil Uno: That’s right. I punched Hangman in the dick, and I think he deserved it.
AR: Yeah, that was a big turning post for us.
John Silver: [Laughs] Not a good one. Nothing happened after.
EU: I mean, theoretically, we stood up for ourselves for once. I think we were right. In the long scheme of things, with everything that’s happened with Hangman, I think we’re right.
AR: We thought the Bucks were pricks then. We think they’re pricks now.
EU: That’s right. I think they’re single-handedly holding us down. No personal blame of our own, it’s all them.
Hangman Page eventually went down a different path as he became consumed with stopping Swerve Strickland from winning the AEW World Championship. He attacked referees at AEW Revolution, and he was subsequently suspended. Meanwhile, the Young Bucks have attacked Tony Khan and taken over AEW.
