Alan Angels Isn't A Pun Guy, Reluctantly Says Nice Things About Evil Uno

Alan Angels isn't a silly funny guy anymore.

Angels rose to prominence in the wrestling world after joining the Dark Order during his time in All Elite Wrestling. After leaving the company, Angels quickly found a new home in IMPACT Wrestling, where he has made a name for himself as a rising star.

While speaking to Fightful for a new interview, Angels said that he doesn't have any puns for his name, simply due to the fact that he doesn't make silly little jokes anymore because he's not in the Dark Order.

"No. I don’t think so. A pun guy? Is that what you want from me? Do I look like a pun guy to you? I don’t know if you know this, I’m not in the Dark Order any more. I don’t make silly little funny jokes, Sean."

Angels then went on to reluctantly say nice things about his former leader, Evil Uno.

"Well, I did wrestle him at C4 Wrestling up in Ottawa and I lost. So, you know, I guess I kind of have to say that he’s a good wrestler. If I don’t say that, then I lost to a bad wrestler. So, he’s a good wrestler. I’ll give him that."
