B3CCA is an international pop star who has made a name for herself on the independent scene through her music and her wrestling.
B3CCA has earned opportunities in WWE and AEW, working enhancement matches in both promotions.
In February 2023, B3CCA appeared on WWE SmackDown under the name Carmen Harress, losing to Lacey Evans.
Speaking to Jeremy Lambert & Joel Pearl on In The Weeds, B3CCA reflected on her WWE experience.
"It was awesome. That was my first live TV wrestling experience. That was really cool. It was a great experience, I learn a lot, and it was cool to be part of SmackDown. I received a lot of really helpful feedback backstage. Everyone was very supportive and helpful," she said.
B3CCA has made multiple appearances for AEW, most recently in November 2022 when she faced Athena.
Speaking about her stints in AEW, B3CCA said, "I had a similar experience every time I've done extra work for them. It's been a great experience. I learned a lot and I always get great feedback coming to the back, critiques and things I can do better next time. It's helped me a lot."
B3CCA is set to compete in the Limitless Vacationland Cup on August 26. She will face Aaron Rourke in the opening round. Vacationland Cup airs on IWTV.
