Exclusive: Dustin Thomas Discusses Fan Reactions To Him And Shares How He Wants To Be Remembered

All Elite Wrestling's Starrcast II event in Las Vegas, Nevada has come and gone and the weekend lasted from Thursday to the Sunday after Double Or Nothing. At Starrcast, Fightful was on hand had the opportunity to speak with Dustin Thomas. Dustin Thomas sprang into wrestling media headlines when clips of him went viral. Thomas has told the story in the past of how he lost his legs and the reaction to him from his vantage point has been nothing but positive.

“Unbelievable, surreal. It’s been great, I love it, love every minute of it. Its blown up so quickly.” He said.

When Dustin Thomas was asked how he wants to remembered twenty years from now and he responded by saying that he wants to inspire others and show everyone that entertainment is for everyone.

“To be inspiring. To show people that entertainment is for everyone.” Thomas said.

Dustin Thomas competed in the AEW Casino Battle Royale at Double Or Nothing that was won by Adam "Hangman" Page. Page earned a shot at the AEW World Championship by winning that Battle Royale and he and Chris Jericho will go one-on-one for the title at 'All Out' in Chicago. As it turns out, Thomas would have preferred to face Omega if he made the call himself.

"Definitely Kenny Omega, that'd be a dream match, it'd be crazy," said Thomas.
