James Ellsworth will have trouble getting involved on Sunday.
Fightful Wrestling has learned that James Ellsworth will be in a shark cage above the ring on Sunday at Extreme Rules while Asuka challenges Carmella for the Smackdown Women's Championship. Ellsworth interfered in Asuka's first attempt at Carmella's title at Money in the Bank when he returned to WWE during the match.

Ellsworth had a physical confrontation with Asuka on Smackdown after Money in the Bank and the next week was put into a match with Asuka by Smackdown General Manager Paige after Ellsworth gave a heated promo while taking off his shirt.
At that time, Paige also made a Smackdown Women's Championship match between Asuka and Carmella at Extreme Rules.
The first match between Ellsworth and Asuka ended in a double countout and Paige nearly immediately put Ellsworth in another match with Asuka this week but it was a Lumber Jack match with the women roster around the ring.
