Another name has been released by WWE.
Gabe Sapolsky has been released by the company. Sapolsky initially tweeted, "Looks like the end of the road. Thank you everyone. Love you all!"
WWE confirmed the news of Sapolsky's release to Fightful.
WWE made a handful of Performance Center releases on Wednesday due to "the continued evolution of NXT 2.0."

Sapolsky was a protege of Heyman in ECW, working in marketing and public relations. He helped co-found Ring of Honor in 2002, taking on the role as the booker of the promotion. After leaving ROH, Sapolsky would launch Dragon Gate USA in April 2009 before becoming the founder of EVOLVE in August 2014.
He signed with WWE in January 2018 to work as a consultant.
WWE gave the following statement regarding staff releases:
"With the continued evolution of NXT 2.0, we've decided to part ways with some of the staff based in our Performance Center. We thank them for their many contributions throughout the years and wish them the best."
