Jesus Rodriguez is confident about the future of MLW.
2024 was one of the biggest years yet for Major League Wrestling, as the promotion sold out shows around the United States and brought in a number of new stars to help build the future of the league.
The company also brought in a number of veterans, including Jesus Rodriguez. While chatting with Fightful for a new interview, Rodriguez talked about some of the promotion's upcoming stars like BRG and Delmi Exo.
"There are plenty, there are plenty. I do believe that Brett Ryan Gosselin is gonna be a big name moving forward. He's amazing on the microphone. He has a look to him and he's still relatively new to wrestling as a whole. So once he develops and he understands himself even more than what he already does, I think he's actually gonna be a main player in the years to come. You have Delmi who—yeah, granted she's been around for a while—but she's another one that I feel that after this weekend, ‘cause she's gonna fight Janai Kai, who I'm very familiar with in, a hair versus title match. I think Delmi's gonna, I do feel because she's grown so much in the last year that I've been working with her and it's been a pleasure to see her growth. So I know that she's [definitely gonna be] another one that's gonna be a big standout and I do believe that 2025 is gonna be a big year for her as well."
Elsewhere in the interview, Rodriguez recalled running over Santa back in 2012. Check out his full comments on the segment by clicking here.
