The Rock was speaking the truth.
On Friday's WWE SmackDown, The Rock cooked the city of Phenix by saying that they were the number one city for cocaine and meth use.
According to American Addiction Centers, Phoenix does have the highest percentage of its population that uses cocaine and meth.
Phoenix has a population of 1.5 million people. According to the report, 15.1% have used meth, while 23.3% have used cocaine.
Mesa, Arizona is second in both categories.
Despite the high usage of cocaine and meth, Omaha, NE was listed as the city with the most drug use thanks to its high population percentage of marijuana use.
However, according to City Data, Traverse City, MI has a 23.8% population usage of cocaine, which would put it slightly higher than Phoenix.
