A new Judgment Day.
Damian Priest was in a fighting mood on the August 5th episode of WWE Raw, calling out Finn Balor to fight him after costing him the WWE World Heavyweight Title against Gunther at WWE SummerSlam.
Priest said that Balor was like family, but he turned his back. Now, Priest said he has a new family in the fans.
Balor appeared on the big screen, reminding Priest of what happened at SummerSlam 2023 when Priest came to ringside with his Money in the Bank briefcase as Balor battled Seth Rollins for the WWE World Title. Balor said that after the match, Priest told him to "Man up," so he finally did. He said that he wasn't going to fight him, but JD McDonagh would. Instead, Balor was going to wait until Priest's back was turned, and then he would stab him in the back over and over again.
Balor then introduced the Judgment Day of himself, Carlito, JD McDonagh, Dominik Mysterio, and Liv Morgan.

Judgment Day imploded at WWE SummerSlam with not only Balor costing Priest against Gunther, but Dominik Mysterio turned on Rhea Ripley and officially aligned with Liv Morgan.
