Jacob Fatu has not paid back Jake’s Network Of Hope.
In June 2023, Jacob Fatu was accused of ghosting a nonprofit organization, Jake’s Network Of Hope, after agreeing to wrestle at the Hits For Hopes event. The organization noted that they spent over $2,500 on Fatu’s appearance. That price included his booking fee as well as the cost of his flight and hotel.
On Sunday, November 3, a fan took to Reddit to seek an update on the situation, wondering if Fatu had ever paid back the charity. The person who originally spread the news on the incident commented on the thread and stated that Fatu did not pay back the charity.
Hello I'm the one who originally posted about it. My wife worked for the non profit at the time, Jakes Network of Hope in Appleton/Neenah Wisconsin. No, unfortunately, he did not pay back the charity. He's a fantastic in ring performer, and it sucks that this is all I can think about whenever l've seen him since he debuted in WWE.
