While he was booked on Tuesday night, he was released by Wednesday morning. Currently, he has a court date scheduled for November 2 at 9 AM.

Chris Harris, alongside James Storm, was a part of the top tag team in the early days of TNA Wrestling, the forerunner to IMPACT Wrestling. Known as America's Most Wanted, Harris and Storm held the NWA Tag Team Championship multiple times and main-evented TNA’s second pay-per-view, Turning Point 2004 in a critically acclaimed Steel Cage match against Triple X, Christopher Daniels and Elix Skipper.

Harris last wrestled in 2018 and appeared on IMPACT Wrestling this past March as part of a story built around James Storm's 1000th match against Eric Young.
