Tully Blanchard is not family, according to FTR.
FTR has always wanted to be considered one of the best tag teams in the world. They have not ever been shy about looking up to the likes of Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard, which is why when Tully Blanchard became their manager in AEW, it seemed like the perfect fit.
After nearly two years of that relationship, FTR has decided there are more important things than their relationship with Tully Blanchard, their family.
During a backstage promo on March 9, FTR openly spoke about reDRagon costing them a tag team championship opportunity when Tully Blanchard interrupted them and scolded them for not listening to them.
Dax Harwood, who was passionately talking about his family right before being interrupted by Blanchard, grabbed the former Four Horsemen member letting him know how important his family was before Cash Wheeler decided that Tully Blanchard and not family and that he was fired.

After the conclusion of Dynamite, Dax Harwood sent out a tweet asking Bret (Hart) what he is up to.

FTR have always been vocal about their love for the Hitman, as have many others on the AEW roster, including CM Punk, who spoke about Hart during his post-Revolution media appearance.
AEW's Owen Hart Cup is set to commence on May 11 with the finals taking place at Double or Nothing.
