GCW Announces Return To Japan With Four Shows In July 2023

Game Changer Wrestling will return to Japan.

In a tweet, GCW announced that they will return to Japan with four shows in July 2023. The trip will kick off on July 17 and culminate on July 20. No specific venue was named, but GCW noted that they will be coming to Tokyo.

GCW previously held several shows in Japan in September and October 2022, including GCW Planet Death, Dead On Arrival, and War Ready. The company also teamed up with Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS for the 13th Anniversary show at Korakuen Hall on October 2.

The 2022 trip marked GCW's first visit to Japan since February 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic hindered international travel. The company first came to Japan in 2019.

GCW continues to expand intentionally; over the past several months, the company has held events in Canada, Mexico, and England.
