Glenn Jacobs comments on Sting's impending retirement.
Sting is preparing to have his last match at AEW Revolution 2024. With his career wrapping up, many in the industry are commenting on Sting's legacy. The latest name to speak on Sting's career.
Jacobs and Sting did share a ring in WCW, but the Kane character never clashed with "The Stinger." Speaking with Bill Apter of Sportskeeda Wrestlebinge, Jacobs praised Sting as an overall legend.
"I never had a match with him. He was there towards the end of my room with WWE when I was with the authority and everything. I've always been a big fan of him as well," Kane said. "I just want to tell him what a big fan I am of his."
Asked what would happen if they did meet one-on-one, Jacobs joked that Kane would've bested Sting.
"Kane would have taken him eventually. Yeah, of course... Well, I don't know. Sting is a tremendous performer. One of the greatest."
