Kenny Omega has a new contender.
Hangman Page returned on Wednesday's Dynamite and he has already solidified his spot at the top of the mountain by winning the Casino Ladder Match.
Page, who hadn't wrestled since the July 28 episode of Dynamite, was the Joker in the Casino Ladder Match. On July 28, Page and the Dark Order lost a ten-man elimination match to The Elite, which dropped Hangman from the rankings and delayed any potential AEW Title match against Kenny Omega.
As a result of winning the Casino Ladder match, Page will receive a future shot at the AEW World Title.
Andrade El Idolo, PAC, Lance Archer, Matt Hardy, Jon Moxley and Orange Cassidy were also part of the match.
