Tony Khan announced that fans will hear from Swerve Strickland on the August 28th episode of AEW Dynamite. This will mark his first appearance since AEW All In, where he lost the AEW World Championship to Bryan Danielson.

Tony Khan also announced that 'Hangman" Adam Page will face Tomohiro Ishii in a singles match. This will mark the first time that they have ever clashed in a singles match. Page clashed with Ishii's Conglomeration stablemates in the Casino Gauntlet match at AEW All In.
