In a vignette during the June 15 AEW Collision, Hikaru Shida declared her entry into the 2024 Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament.
The 3-time AEW Women's World Champion has not been seen in AEW since losing the Ring of Honor Women's World Championship match against Athena at Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor back in April.
At AEW All In 2023, Saraya beat Toni Storm, Britt Baker, and Hikaru Shida to win the AEW Women's World Championship. Now, Shida wants to go back to Wembley to win the championship.

Mariah May, Willow Nightingale, and Kris Statlander previously entered the Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament. Saraya was possibly entered by Harley Cameron. The winner of the tournament will earn a shot at the AEW Women's World Championship at AEW All In.
