Mayu Iwatani was announced as the first partner for Hiromu Takahashi in Sumie Sakai's retirement match for NJPW Battle in the Valley.
Sumie will pick a male and female partner while Hiromu will pick one more female partner for the six-person match.
NJPW Battle in the Valley takes place on January 11.
