Tanahashi is coming to Philadelphia.
On June 9, during IMPACT Against All Odds, Hiroshi Tanahashi was the first talent to be made official for IMPACT x NJPW Multiverse United 2: For Whom The Bell Tolls. The event will take place on August 20 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
Tanahashi took part in the previous event, defeating 'Speedball' Mike Bailey in the main event. The NJPW star currently holds the NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team Champion along with Kazuchika Okada and Tomohiro Ishii. The CHAOS trio most recently defended their titles against AEW's Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli & John Moxley) and Shota Umino at NJPW Dominion on June 4.
