New IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions were crowned as Kota Ibushi & Hiroshi Tanahashi defeated Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) to win the belts.
The Golden Aces bested the longtime Bullet Club duo in the main event of the Feb. 21 NJPW New Japan Road show. The ending saw Tanahashi hit the High Fly Flow on Tonga after Tonga had been knocked down by a series of strikes by Ibushi. After the bout, Zack Sabre Jr. & Taichi attacked the new champions.
