HOOK Rejects Chris Jericho's Mentorship Offer On 4/17 AEW Dynamite

HOOK doesn't need Jericho's help.

The FTW Champion and Chris Jericho met in the ring for a segment on the April 17 episode of AEW Dynamite. HOOK's father, Taz, was also present for the segment.

Jericho first explained why he pulled HOOK off the apron in their six man tag team match on the April 10 episode of Dynamite, noting that he felt like HOOK wasn't listening to him enough. Jericho then flaunted his experience in the business and called himself the learning tree before offering to mentor HOOK.

HOOK wasted no time and simply turned down Jericho. This didn't make the 'Lionheart' happy, as he pressured HOOK to accept his offer. This prompted Taz to tell Jericho to calm down, which led to him getting shoved down to the mat.

HOOK was not a fan of this, as he backed Jericho in the corner and told him that he crossed a line. Jericho quickly left the ring, much to the approval of the crowd.

Fightful will update fans as the rivalry between HOOK and Jericho continues to progress.
