Tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown served as more than just the go-home show for this Sunday's TLC event. It was also host to the first-ever "Sami Awards."
The ceremony was preceded by the Intercontinental Champion warming up his vocal cords and berating a producer for not having polished the gold statuettes. After he stepped away, however, Big E entered the picture, laughing deviously as he shuffled the result envelopes.
Fans are reminded that the Slammy Awards are taking place this Wednesday on the WWE Network. Sami, though, claims they have taken a dive since fellow Canadian Jack Tunney's passing.

Sami is shocked by the result. Big E comes out and gives thanks to his family, as well as Notre Damn for - hopefully - covering the spread. Sami says that there has been a mistake, but is attacked by the longtime New Day member.
