Jake Crist is set to be a free agent at the beginning of the year.
Taking to social media, Crist posted a photo of himself with the words "Free Agent" "January 1," giving fans insight as to when his contract with IMPACT expires.
Crist has not wrestled on IMPACT television since June 9 when he defeated Crazzy Steve. He has remained active during the pandemic, mainly taking bookings for IWA Mid-South.

Jake is best known in IMPACT for his run alongside his brother Dave Crist and Sami Callihan as part of Ohio Versus Everything (oVe). Dave was released from IMPACT in June after allegations of sexual abuse during the Speaking Out movement.
Callihan broke away from oVe during his feud with Ken Shamrock and is now aligned with Shamrock in the company.
In other IMPACT contract news, Ethan Page is expected to be a free agent as well once his contract expires at the end of the year while Callihan is expected to remain with IMPACT as his contract comes to an end.
