Jay White is advancing to the next round of the Men's Owen Hart Cup Tournament.
White was able to pick up a victory over Rey Fenix in the first round of the tournament on the June 26 edition of AEW Dynamite. The finish of the match saw White hit Fenix with his signature Blade Runner move, allowing him to make the successful pinfall.

As a result, White will move on to the next round of the Men's Owen Hart Cup Tournament to face the winner of an upcoming match between Jeff Jarrett and a mystery opponent. That bout will take place on the July 3 edition of AEW Dynamite.
