Former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Jay White will make his NJPW Strong debut next week.
NJPW announced that White will be in action on the August 21 episode of Strong, though no opponent was revealed. This will be White's first match since February when he competed at the Manabu Nakanishi Retirement show.

The rest of the card has not been revealed, but the show will be headlined by KENTA vs. David Finlay in the New Japan Cup USA finals where the winner gets a future shot at IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley.
