At WWE Royal Rumble, Jey Uso won the Men's Royal Rumble match by last eliminating John Cena, and the match was quickly called one of the biggest upsets in recent Royal Rumble history.
At the WWE Royal Rumble Post-Show, Jey Uso was asked to comment on his win immediately after the match.
"It’s my turn. My turn. Yeet. It’s gonna be a party tonight. It’s gonna be a party tonight, Uce. It’s my turn," Uso said.
Uso was then asked about Big E's comments from earlier in the post-show, as Big E had highlighted how they came up together as tag team stars. Uso noted that nobody saw this coming, but he did it. He then stated that he would go on to win the world title at WWE WrestleMania 41.
“Hey Big E, I love you over there too. You’re damn right, we’re from the tag division. They ain’t never see us coming. They ain’t never see me coming. But guess what? I just won the damn Royal Rumble 2025. I bet y’all ain’t see that coming. That’s another thing you’re gonna see coming, is me main-eventing WrestleMania and becoming the new World Heavyweight Champion. I’ll tell you right now, Uce. Four letters, one word. Yeet," Uso said.
Later in the post-show, Uso commented on his victory. He looked forward to WWE WrestleMania 41 and noted that he was considering both world champions. Uso said that he wanted another shot at World Heavyweight Champion Gunther.
"I was screaming, when I won the Royal Rumble, I was screaming, ‘Gunther, Gunther, Gunther,’ but when it’s in concrete right now and it’s after the Rumble and I really won it, I’m looking at both of them. ‘Alright, Uce.’ Yeet here or Yeet here. I would like one more crack at Gunther and I really feel like I can beat Gunther," Uso said.
