Jim Ross says it's not a bad idea.
Adam Copeland and Christian Cage previously had a legendary run as a tag team in WWE. Their paths went different ways for years, but they eventually reunited in AEW when Copeland signed with the company in October 2023. However, they became bitter rivals, and they had a heated feud as they clashed several times. Since then, Cage has continued to lead The Patriarchy, while Copeland has been sidelined due to a fractured Tibia since AEW Double or Nothing.
Speaking on Grilling JR, Jim Ross was asked whether he thought there was a chance that Copeland and Cage would reunite in AEW.
“Yeah, there’s always a chance. I would be for it because I know their natural chemistry is amazing. I’ve seen them at their best, and tags at this stage of their career, not a bad idea. If you want to put some spark and some sizzle your tag team division, that ain’t a bad way to start," Ross said.
