Joe Hendry has unfinished business.
In 2024, Joe Hendry crossed over to NXT multiple times, and he challenged for the NXT Championship at NXT No Mercy. WWE and TNA announced their official partnership in January, and Hendry won the TNA World Championship. He then competed in the Men's Royal Rumble. Since then, there has been a lot of crossover between the two companies.
Speaking with Ray Sanchez on the Respect The Craft podcast, Joe Hendry was asked whether there was anyone he wanted to see cross over to TNA or if there was anyone he wanted to cross back over to face,
“I’ve put it all out there. You guys know what matches I’m looking for. Again, if you look at my run in NXT, I think there’s unfinished business and history there. I’d like to see some of that spill over into TNA Wrestling. But at the end of the day, my job is to be the best champion I can possibly be, and whatever is put in front of me, to do it to the best of my ability. It doesn’t matter who the challenger is, whatever the task is. I’ve just gotta do my best," Hendry said.
