Joey Janela Provides Injury Update On His Knee

Terrible news for Joey Janela. 

This past Friday at Game Changer Wrestling's Live Fast, Die Young event, Janela tore up his knee on a crossbody dive to the outside to Psicosis. You can view video of the incident below. Janela's knee got caught underneath him and the injury looked bad from the onset. Janela scheduled an MRI to see how bad things were. Today, he clued in fans.

In the video Janela rattled off multiple injuries, but the major ones are a PCL and MCL tear. On top of that, he sprained his FCL and ACL, has an impaction fracture in his knee, has a mild bone contusion, a small knee infusion and a partial tear of his patellofemoral ligament. 

Janela will need surgery and is out indefinitely. 

The Bad Boy was scheduled to compete against Darby Allin at PWG's Smokey and the Banido event on Oct. 19. He has since been replaced by Trevor Lee. Janela currently holds the WWN Championship.
