John Cena is having trouble winning matches.
On the October 20 episode of WWE SmackDown, John Cena said he's been thinking about retirement as he hasn't won a televised singles match in 2002 days.
Cena's last televised victory came against Triple H at WWE Crown Jewel on April 27, 2018.
He's only had three televised singles matches since then, losing to Bray Wyatt in the Firefly Fun House Match at WrestleMania 36, Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2021 and Austin Theory at WrestleMania 39.
Cena stated that he believes he can turn his career around and he felt bad for the next person to walk through the curtain.
Solo Sikoa came down the aisle, but he had back up as Jimmy Uso also came out to attack Cena.
However, Cena was saved by Jey Uso, who took out Jimmy. Jey got some revenge as Jimmy appeared on WWE Raw to cost Jey & Cody Rhodes the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles against Judgment Day (Finn Balor & Damian Priest).
Cena stood tall in the end, laying out Solo with the AA.
