Jon Moxley Confirms MRSA Infection In Elbow, Out Of All Out; PAC Will Replace Him

In unfortunate news, it has been confirmed that Jon Moxley will not be competing against Kenny Omega at AEW All Out.

As it was first reported by Dave Meltzer, Moxley was dealing with an elbow injury. Rovert tweeted that it was unlikely Moxley would be appearing at All Out because the ailment with his elbow has gotten worse.

Moxley took to Twitter to confirm that his elbow has reached an MRSA-level infection and that he'll be undergoing surgery Saturday.

AEW EVP Cody Rhodes replied to Moxley with the following:

It is not yet confirmed if Moxley will appear at Starrcast.

What has been confirmed, however, is Kenny Omega's replacement. All Elite Wrestling quickly revealed that PAC has been pegged for the role.

PAC was scheduled to face Adam Page in May at Double Or Nothing, but for reasons that were never officially disclosed, the match instead took place in the weeks leading up to the show in the UK instead of the PPV.

AEW All Out takes place Saturday, August 31 from the Sears Centre near Chicago, Illinois. Fightful will be on the scene of the event.
