JONAH has confirmed when his IMPACT Wrestling contract will expire.
JONAH, formerly Bronson Reed in WWE debuted in IMPACT at Turning Point to beat up Josh Alexander. During a previous appearance on the Busted Open Radio show, JONAH said he was only on a short-term deal.
Now, he is clarified when that ends.
JONAH said to Bill Pritchard of WrestleZone that his contract expires at Rebellion 2022.
“My agreement with IMPACT is through Rebellion, so I know that I’ll be out there on this tour through Rebellion,” he said to WrestleZone. “I think it’s exciting to be on the road and be in different cities where those people can see IMPACT Wrestling rather than being set in one place.
“I very much had that with what NXT became after the pandemic, it was set in one place in Florida, and not that that’s not great [having a steady venue], wrestling there is good,” he noted, “but it’s always good when you can go to different towns and get a feel from different crowds.”
JONAH is set to face Josh Alexander at IMPACT Hard to Kill. He will also compete in PWG Battle of Los Angeles 2022.
